Become a Vendor

Applications are now open for all Ontario Makers!  Application deadline in March 10th.  If selected, vendor set up will be the end of March for our store re-opening April 1st.

We offer an opportunity to showcase your products in a prime downtown Barrie location, without the cost of owning your own store. Located at the NE corner of Dunlop St East and Mulcaster Street, our space offers excellent visibility into the boutique. This corner of downtown Barrie is also one of the few downtown locations that has ample parking, and significant foot traffic.

Along with dedicated shelf space, each vendor will have the opportunity to feature their product in main showcases throughout the year. A robust online presence will be maintained along with local marketing. Tracking of all sales will be maintained by a user friendly POS system, and your goods are protected by security camera and alarm systems.

We try our best to accommodate other displays or spacing - this would be determined on a case-by-case basis. *Limited spaces are available* - placement of items are at the discretion of The Artisan Boutique.

We limit similar/like products to what we already have in the boutique, this is to ensure each vendor is treated fairly without internal competition.

Please keep in mind that this is an application, not a confirmation of your space as a vendor. Upon acceptance of this application, you will be asked to sign a contract agreeing to The Artisan Boutique's terms and conditions.

How will I know if I am approved?
Successful applicants will be contacted by a representative of The Artisan Boutique. Applicants who are not selected will be put on a waiting list and will be contacted as a space becomes available.

• Online vendor login to update and maintain inventory, view real time sales, and payout reports
• Inclusion in rotation of window displays
• Bagging and packaging of sold goods
• Credit and debit transaction processing fees
• Full e-commerce website for customers to shop 24/7
• Local delivery of online orders
• Social media presence
• Local marketing campaigns
• Maintenance of displays
• Security system including cameras
• Sales staff during regular business hours of operations
• Monthly payout of sold items at the beginning of each month

Package 1: $175/month
20” wide shelving unit, 14” deep, minimum 5 ½ feet high.

Package 2: $300/month (double space of Package 1)
40” wide shelving unit, 14” deep, minimum 5 ½ feet high.

Package 3: $125/month
For those who do not require a full shelving unit or dedicated space for their products.

Package 4: Consignment - No monthly fees - 40% commission on sales. Only applicable for hanging wall space for art/painting pieces, and one of a kind pieces, etc.

Packages 1-3 are subject to 15% commission of sales.
