User Instructions

To use heated:

Simply heat in the microwave for 1 minute on high. If you prefer a little extra heat, then continue to heat on high in 30 second increments. Maximum 2 minutes.
Do not over heat.

Always test the temperature before applying to the affected area - when heating wheat bags for other people, especially the young or the elderly, remember the temperature they prefer may be different from you! 

To use cold:

Cold is best for recent pain, numbing and decreasing inflammation or swelling. Also comforting for headaches and migraines, sinus pain, and other temporary pain such as insect bites. 
Place the "Flax Bags" in a sealed plastic bag in the refrigerator or freezer for at least 1 hour or more before use.
